our achievements

The Friends group are working closely with Groundwork and Greenspaces Rangers to ensure that the hill is a safe, welcoming place that can be enjoyed by residents of Strood, Frindsbury and beyond.

We are actively seeking funding to carry out the plans shown in the Vision Document.

how can you help?

boxWe need residents to show their support, not only by helping with the scrub clearing and planting days and active involvement in 'Fun Days', but also by subscribing a small amount to become a member.

Many of the funding sources gear their donations according to the size of the membership of the group, so paying to become a member proves our size.

Also, some use a 'matched funding' formula - that is the more money we have, the more they will give.

Strood needs this 'green lung'.

Help us keep it, maintain it and improve it.

Thank you.
